CrossFit Groups, Fitness Centers, Casual Runners, this is for YOU! A short, 1.3 Mile Course with a series of obstacles and fitness challenges mixed in! Run, work out, repeat! Monkey Bars, Dead Lifts, Kettle Weights, Rope Climb, Sled Pull, Wall Ball, and a few surprises! This is a judged, timed event, the faster you complete each task and move on, the better! Divisions include Rx for those in great shape; Scaled for those who are still working at it, and Super Scaled, for beginners or those who just want to see how fit they actually are!
